The studio
We only just started — and that is the whole point
NG Hive is a small independent studio. No legacy code, no five-stage approvals, no six-month roadmaps nobody believes in. An idea from the morning is running on a real phone by the evening — and if it feels wrong in the hand, we throw it away and try again tomorrow.
Your data stays with you
Our apps have no servers and no sign-ups. Lists, photos and heart-rate readings live on the device and go nowhere else.
Tested on real nights
The alarm is checked against real sleep, the shopping reminder in a real parking lot. A simulator has never woken anyone up.
Short iterations
Build it, install it, live with it for a day, fix whatever annoyed us. Repeat. That loop is the entire method.

A smart alarm that lives on your Apple Watch
Instead of tearing you out of deep sleep at an exact minute, WhatchAlarm follows your heart rate in a window before your deadline and picks the lightest moment to wake you. If that moment never comes, it rings at the deadline anyway — oversleeping is not an option.

A shopping list that pings you when you are next to the store
Every store you actually shop at gets its own list — a big chain or the little place around the corner you pinned on the map yourself. The moment your phone notices you are nearby and the list is not empty, it quietly reminds you. No account, no server, no subscription.

A collage of 2 to 10 photos, without the fuss
Say how many photos the collage should have, pick them, and choose a grid from real previews instead of blindly cycling through layouts. Every photo can be dragged and pinched inside its own cell until it sits exactly right. Then save it to Photos or share it straight away.

Who is behind NG Hive?
An independent development studio registered in the United States. The team is small and contact is direct — you write to us, and we answer ourselves, not a support bot.
Where can I download the apps?
ShopPing is already on the App Store — search for «ShopPing Nearby». WhatchAlarm is available through TestFlight for now, and H.Collage is coming soon. Write to us and we will send a TestFlight invite.
Do the apps collect my data?
No. There is no backend at all: lists, photos and health readings never leave the device. Store search and maps use public services without any personal identifiers.
Do you take custom projects?
Sometimes — if the idea fits the hive. Send us a couple of sentences about what you need.
Why a hive?
Because a hive is many small, identical, honest cells that together hold something valuable. That is exactly how we would like our apps to be built.
